Draw distance 10 studs

I found that , but I cant change it , nor do I know how to make a .mis file.

You dont make it. Go into the .zip of the map you are using and open the .mis in notepad.
Look under the Sky information. Go down to visibleDistance and change that. Press ctrl+F if you are having trouble finding it.
9 torque units is about equal to 15 bricks tall.
