What I've noticed is that you can't directly argue with Kinex. He's created a separate forum, so if you want to make a complaint, you have to loving join it. If you want someone banned, you have to join the forum. When he's on the server, he refuses to answer questions or take complaints, he tells you to "join the forums and make a well thought out complaint in some loving section." It's ridiculous. And beyond that, he seems to be running the server with a dictatorship whereby you are not allowed to cuss, you are not allowed to have passionate arguments, and where everyone pretty much has to enjoy themselves. It's almost creepy when I think about it...
