How did you last die?

Got killed by a guy with full runite armour (level 107) in RuneScape on Pvp World.
Chrono:
Dragon went up into the air and spammed fireballs that you're supposed to be able to dodge but I still get hurt anyways. Then when I ran out of healing items he landed on me.

MechWarrior Living Legends: Took anti-air fire in my Shiva aerospace fighter, disrupted the airflow over the wings and caused me to loose control and clip my left wing on a mountain. The wing snapped off and I smashed into the ground and exploded.

i can't remember the plane i was flying but it was a russian biplane i think from 38, and i was flying against 4 109's.
i took out 3, but then i was getting chased by the fourth i just went straight up, he shot out one of my wings. as i was falling i got his roosterpit somehow.
too bad i couldn't survive the fall :(
