How did you last die?

I believe I was shot in the neck with a hunstman with almost everybody watching for me, a griefing heavy on my team, and a sniper were the last people left in arena

Borg. Sphere caught me in a tractor beam, cube drained my shields, and the probes just went around being richards and blew me up :(

I was holding a lit heal bomb and I blew myself up.
Normally this would heal me, however, I was a zombie, so I died.
