Yeah i didnt need to take any medicine until you had to kill that guy at the stone thing.I got wacked by that armored guard a few times until I found out that you could runaway and it will finish.

I was driving my car covered in explosives, and rammed into a convoy of EDF trucks. I detonated them while still inside, and my truck didn't explode, but they did. I managed to ram into a building afterward and then my truck set on fire and blew up. I crawled out, still alive, just to get shot in the face by a gunship. After I collapsed the building. And lost almost all of my health.

try blowing up an EDF convoy from afar only to have the wreck of an EDF truck slam through the building your hiding in
