At all. It's got one free roam kill the npcs area. That area will get you to level 14. Nowhere else.
Even through the majority of this you can do it alone, basically making it a short campaign.
Otherwise it's just joining the matchmade PvP 16v16 or so servers.

Oh right. There's still nothing "mmo" about them. 4(?) man groups running through a set path that has enemies on it. Not really MMO still :\
