Trading Cards - That old Add-On from 2007... I found it.

Tactics are strategic moves. Guns can have strategic moves done with them. I still don't know what it is.

Each card is not it's own image.
There would be a basic image frame for each of the four card types, and then each card my have it's own smaller image that just depicts what the object is, and that wouldn't even be required.

Words of wisdom I was once foolish enough to ignore. Seriously people, we don't need some corruptable, shoddily-made trading card system to show off everyone's e-peen. Spend your time thinking about a good idea to make, then make it.
