It looks like there's a shadow of something on the part at the front. Looks like a missile or a bomb. So I'm going to assume this has something to do with firing missiles from above?

the answer is..... it's an oversized chair, combined with a tiny tank, from the future.
I should have another build out by the end of the night, but people remember, you can post your own builds for people to guess to.
