Server hosts lack the ability to choose addons wisely?

It's different if you're just building stuff or freebuilding but minigames and such. That's no good.

The only reason why anyone would enable all Add-Ons is for a freebuild. Even there, why the forget would you need WEAPONS?
I hate hosts who do that. I always disable/enable Add-Ons before starting a new-styled server. If I am hosting a server I did before I leave the Add-Ons untouched. Sometimes it's annoying as you realize something might go good somewhere, and you disabled the Add-On, or needed it from the start but forgot to enable the Add-On. And when the server is full it's even more annoying...
Good ideas:
*Making TDM/DM maps in Singleplayer with all Add-Ons enabled, at the end press the default button and enable all the other Add-Ons you used for the TDM.
*Making a Freebuild with all Add-Ons enabled except Weapons. Perhaps default weapons for shooting ranges... Or something like that.
*Trap builds with all weapon, brick & event Add-Ons enabled, you don't need anything else really. Sounds? For what?
*On RP it depends on the type, if you do a Family RP do not loving enable all the weapons on the world, if you do a Medieval RP do not enable MAS Heavy RL or such etc.
*If you want to do a race you should just enable events, some eventual prints, vehicles and eventually bricks. If you want a power-up race also enable some weapons.
And the list continues, the limit is your imagination. But do not start the server with all Add-Ons enabled, think what you need first. Unless you do a Freebuild.

What about that addon enabler some people used a while back that loaded the datablocks while ingame?

I never managed to figure out how the hell to use that thing.
But that's a good idea, maybe I am too stupid to use that Add-On.

The only add-ons I have are jirues bricks, jirues prints, rounds, and truenos color set.
forget guns and stuff. If you need a sniper rifle to win a minigame you fail. Spear dms ftw.
