This is quite true. I can tell because even though ASUS is one of the best for gaming, I still have a hard time playing Portal. My model is X80N if your curious.

If you have tons of money to spend getting a laptop was a waste of time, you're most likely going to be using it on a desk or something making it pointless. You still have intergrated graphics. Could of atleast gone for a laptop that had an intergrated graphics made by Nvidia like mine.
