It's a private mod by Thaky. He only gives it out to people he HIGHLY trusts. It's called Hello That!
It can be changed with console

Example:

GreetMessage("Hello,");

would end up as Hello, Badspot

It auto adds space and name.

I would only trade it for something of HIGH VALUE (aimbot, petmod, @bt etc)

aimbot is broken (well the one I have is, anyway.)

There is no "valuable" add-on as most could be created within an hour or two by a decent scripter.

It's the generic GreetMod. know a bit of scripting and you can make one in 3 minutes. You do not want this because most of the servers that you go to, the admins will argue with you to turn the "Annoying loving script off". Trust me, you don't want this.
