I have some question. What Programming Language you used here in BlockLand?

He never said he wanted to make Add-Ons, he said he wanted to know what Programming Language Blockland uses.
It's a simple enough question.
Who knows, he could know how to make Add-Ons and just needed to know what Language to learn.
Not everyone who asks something slightly related to the rules, is breaking them.

Did I say he was breaking a rule and at what point did it become mandatory for two people to repeat the same thing except the second has to be all smug

Why would you bother quoting the rule then if it was completely irrelevant?
