Or that you even have a valid copy of blockland placed somewhere on your harddrive?

You need to-
1.) start Blockland.
2.) click the button that says key/register/etc or anything relating to that matter?
3.) look at the code that was sent to you and put it INTO the text boxes?
And one more thing-use good grammar, because around here, not a lot of people like to see run on sentences.
