I don't know all about Ares's builds, but I don't think it's one of theirs. Their's always have more ramp bricks, but, this may just be unfinished on the exterior.
It's interesting though.

It might be a glitch from changing to FullScreen or changing the resolution.
Some of my games do that momentarily when I change the window size.

I thought it was the ARES battle cruiser who someone tried to change it just enough to make it look like a different ship.
