New Vegas Dev forgeted people who are stuffty players

You can't complete the quest without this amount of Speech or this amount of Barter. Seriously? My god, I also can't get past the quest, "Oh My Papa" because the area were Melissa is at is covered by loving rocks and surrounded by those loving one-hit-kill flys. I don't have an antidote for those loving stings. What the forget?

I want to accomplish the game and I don't feel like doing other stuff. Xbox version is stuff without noclip
