TABOO'S HUGE ASS MEDIEVAL CASTLE SIEGE
not to be confused with "taboo's huge ass," which is something else entirely.

In a nutshell, this is yet another large scale (not as much, since it's mostly on foot or horse (or dragon...)) siege, this time with a medieval theme. I recall being asked to build this before, so yeah. here ya go.

GAMEPLAY:
Infestatione has to attack Regnum's large castle town to gain control of it for no reason other than because it's the middle ages and that is what they do!! Players can choose from 6 classes, listed below, and use a variety of methods to attack their enemy.
For Infestatione (Attackers), they need to find a good and effective way to capture the main large control point in Regnum's castle. The most effective method as I've seen has been to gather together with Cavalrymen and Dragon Knights leading the team, and an Assassin rushing from catapult to catapult to cover them, as well as Archers in the hills taking out any remaining resistance. However, in some cases even a lone assassin can teleport to the point and win if the rest of team maintains a good diversion.
For Regnum (Defenders), it's usually a good idea to stick to the base and cover the CP, though it's also good to have an Assassin teleport around and be ready to take out any enemy Archers in the hills. Using the mounted cannons, it's also useful to simply destroy any catapults possible. And a Mage can easily eliminate Dragon Knights and Cavalrymen with their enchanted bows.

CLASSES:
Knight

• 1. Broadsword
  Generic sword, quick striking and fairly strong.
• 2. Pike
  Good 'ol polearms! Slow hitting, but pretty powerful.
• 3. Bladed Bow
  Can't saw much for the range, but it gets the job done. Shoots regular arrows, but has a secondary melee with the blades on it.
• 4. Riot Shield
  well hell, make me a better shield before you complain.
• 5. N/A

Assassin

• 1. Hidden Blade
  Not very hidden, but it has two quick strikes that can kill immediately. Slow after that though.
• 2. Dagger
  For when things get too intense. Not too strong, but quick to slash.
• 3. Throwing Dagger
  Can't reach that Archer across from you? Take your dagger and toss it at him! Inf. supply, and pretty darn strong too.
• 4. Jump Gun
  Still can't reach him? forget it, teleport to him! Has a very limited range though, so it's generally more like running ridiculously fast.
• 5. Grapple Rope
  For swinging to spots your jump gun won't get you. Seems tough to use, but just employ the good 'ol laws of physics.

Dragon Knight

• 1. Two Handed Longsword
  Whoosh! Strong and quick, it's pretty cool looking too.
• 2. Halberd
  Call it a leveled up pike, it's pretty good too
• 3. Recurved Bow
  The most accurate bow ever. Hold the arrow for a little and it'll almost never miss, hold it longer and you'll infuse the tip with your manly fighting spirit and set it aflame, for an explosive arrow.
• 4. Riot Shield
  well hell, make me a better shield before you complain.
• 5. N/A

Archer

• 1. Shortsword
  Sometimes archers have to fight too, you see?
• 2. Recurved Bow

• 2. Maul
  A large hammer to beat people with. Like a pike but a bit stronger still.
• 3. Spear
  The good old default spear. Toss it and hurt people.

Mage

• 1. Dagger
  For when things get too intense. Not too strong, but quick to slash.
• 2. Magic Wand
  Blast people with raw magic power, with lots of kickback and brick damaging abilities.
• 3. Flame Bow
  Enchanted bow that fires arrows infused with flames. Leaves a burning effect after hitting for additional damge.
• 4. Ice Bow
  Enchanted bow that fires arrows melded with ice. Freezes the target for additional damge, and temporarily turns any horse or dragon into a still man.
• 5. Bomb Bow
  An enchanted bow, which launches arrows that explode after a short time.

A noticed that a day or two ago, yeah. The spawn room walls now automatically respawn themselves immediately if they are destroyed.

Wow. I'm really liking the "Big-ass" stuff you made. It looks great, but The attackers only have a puny little tent. Shouldn't they have like, a camp or something? Other then that, it's amazing. I love the effects in the spawn area.
