Second time, I did lvl 2 on the first try and it took about 30 mins the whole challenge. Probably less.

default minigame script is being fat and spams console, i think that's the problem with the lag and such.

I have no idea. It took me a while but I got through it just fine. Maybe it's a like a filter for impatient people. They die ten times on it then their anger takes over and they can't concentrate hard enough to make the jumps.
