Catzoo The Cheater

I was at Catzoo's Pokemon RPG when I was playing happily...until...
He started HEAVILY abusing VCE. Whenever he said Air! he would jet into the sky. Whenever he said T he would launch a bunch of rockets. None of us could do anything NEAR it, and when I tried to shoot him, he said HEAL and he fully healed.
Discuss.
