I miss when slimes were like the most common enemy in the game.

Dude.... Good ol' times. But still i did not meet one. YET.

I heard the small ones spawn even in peacefull dificulty

No, I read that they were removed from the spawnlist.

i don't think so, just from the mob spawners, as they spawn in many different sizes deep underground

This is the first thing I noticed, tree-climbing pigs.

They live by the beach and water. When they see you, they make a high-pitched screech and crouch, then launch themselves onto your head and start gnawing away.

(The slimes, not the pigs.)
