I got mine instantly, but I think that's cause I got it within the first 5 mins it came out and the store server wasn't that stressed. I was the 20th to buy retail. (ID: 119)

19th, Badspot didn't pay for his own game because that isn't logic even if you bought it using Paypal he still gets the money Back.

No offense packer but since the bought IDs start at 100, I believe 20 is correct.
Edit: But yes, you will most likely recieve your key soon, although some people have had problems with it being sent to some old forgotten email set in their paypal accounts long ago.

Check your spam and have you recieved your Paypal confirmation mail?
If the answer is yes keep spamming this all over the forums, it worked for me :D
