Problems with Pinging

Allstarland:

Ok i portforwarded my server from port 28004 to 28004

now i started my server and i only get pings like: 16, 10 or Ping 0
if i try to join it says: "Sending Challenge Request" and after long time it says: Request Timed Out

do someone know how i can get Pings like: 234 or etc. Pings that are over 100

ok some other said my server ping was 354 why does my server on my computer just have ping 2 or 0?

HIGHER PING = NONO
LOWER PING = YESYES
If you still want higher ping, ask for a bad internet company.
