Impulses are lame. When I host, I pretty well reduce the impulses to barely anything.
Thus, someone could press Q and click in someone's general direction in less than 2.5 seconds.

However, if it is class-based, you are not invincible when you spawn on the battlefield. Heavy/Medic pair at spawn is an example.

Spawnkilling is a loss of respect for you fellow players. They are here to have a good time, just like you. Everyone wins if spawnkilling can either be averted or restrained. A lot of you just want to spawnkill so you can be an ass-forget and rack up as many points as possible.

Averted spawnkilling can be tough to make at times, depending on your ability to build and event. Restrained spawnkilling is respecting the host's building ability and your fellow players. It's quite unfortunate that everyone takes their "Internet egos" to the game. Leave it for 4chan.

I know that sounds REALLY cheesy, but it's what I think.
