It's very well built, But like we all think it could use some furniture.
If i was in GWM i would say yes.

I would like to see some furniture and how well you can do with that. The exterior and the insides look quite nice. I feel you would be asset to the group.
Just add some furniture and details like lights and stuff and then i'll give you a clear yes or no.
