All of the servers were down last night. I took a screenshot on my iPod of the post.
And I can't start my server. I'm accessing it with the remote client but when I press start nothing happens.

Is it wrong to complain that my server is unable to go up and still have nobody help after 5 hours?

I have no clue why your server was unable to start, do you want a refund for any amount of time?
