The max possible usage is 25%, because it can only use one core.
There is nothing that keeps you from doing that yet.
I'm in the process of something that shuts down servers that use 25% CPU for more than 5 minutes.

Yoo, Kalphiter. I put a lot of music in my music folder. The first time I did it, it worked fine but I put more in and I launch my server and I don't have the new music I put in.

I can't help you, because eval doesn't work because it conflicts with RemoteControl
I imagine you exceeded the maximum of 4096 datablocks

I think new music is only detected if you run the client.

This would make sense because music is the last batch of datablocks to be created.
