Should I just delete my cache.db? There's no point to it it it's just taking up space on my server.

It'll regenerate every time you start your server, so don't bother.
I only delete it when making a ZIP because it can always be regenerated.

Delete it if you don't want people ever downloading from your server.

I thought the cache.db was only for storing files you download from other servers. Now I know.
