[DRS] stands for Dem Royal Snipers.
It itself is an online group with many "members" and has a TF2 Server of it's own. The group is run by [DRS] Spy! (As alias states). The services [DRS] is providing is actually called [DRS] Entertainment. Besides the things I already told you about the owner doing, [DRS] Spy! also plans on creating games and such father down the road, thus the name.
