I need help. I am not even sure what my problem is. My server is on the server list with the IP of 69.64.33.32:31901 instead of 31900. I can't seem to shutdown anything or start up anything either.

I shut it down because you were running 2 copies after you didn't follow directions:

By having two copies running you also broke eval.

I doubt that. The dedicated server was virtually lag-free, when everyone was lagging at first, it was not dedicated and my graphics card was overheating my computer.
I may be getting a sever in about a year for my project, however.
