I just checked and they were natural crashes, which means there's nothing that can be done about it.
By the way, the extremely low ping has come back after a week of absence. No one really noticed anyway.

How'd you know? Either Racerboy said something or the person who I was chatting with at the time knew what happened.

I'll take your word for it if you don't pay by the deadline. I'll wait for power to come back.
