RTB is causing this error. There were 12940 connections to the RTB server that are stuck on CLOSE_WAIT. (occupying every port from 49159 to 65535) This really needs to be fixed. |

Okay, I was able to terminate all those stuck connections. I will report this to Ephialtes and just clear connections when they get too big. |

Until Ephialtes fixes that, we can use RTB 3.5 as the server side version.
