I expect the problem might be that the server is running and therefore the exe is in use. I try to click stop, and it says "Your server has stopped" even when clicking multiple times. It still refuses to update the exe.

I addressed this issue on the last page, that you needed to stop it manually.

Ok, it seems I messed up and quit the server regularly. What do I do now? I can't seem to start the server with either web client or remote console app.

I can't update the exe because it's in use. It's in use because I did not use quit(). I can't use quit() because I can't start my server.
