Hello Kalphiter, my friend Crown bought your hosting service, but whenever I attempt to join the server, I get stuck at "Sending Challenge Request", and then my internet and crashes for about 30 seconds. My RTB account also crashes at the same time while I'm trying to join the server and I have to restart BL afterwards. Also, to the players who are IN the dedicated hosting server, it states that "Secretagentman has joined the server." But in actuality, I'm outside the server stuck on "Sending Challenge Request." Can you please attempt to help solve our problem? |
