Do you have any idea why cityrpg's take up so much power?
EDIT:We didn't have this problem two days ago when our server hit ~55
EDIT2:No really, any idea why ours was taking up 20% at 11 people?

I realized his problem after I chased after you, I also got him to shut down. Either way, you were the second worse.
