Two or three days out of a month is a significant amount of downtime for a server. That means the server had a downtime of almost 10% assuming it's been run for a month.
Console commands shouldn't be necessary for something as fundamental has having the server show up on the list.
Yes, I bought this service in the hopes that Ephialtes would offer a similar, better service. The service has been disappointing thus far so my concerns over having Kalphiter running this were valid.

But as long as he did, I might as well tell you the downtime was apparently Ephailtes fault.
