Have you even checked out the console.log?
It might not be Kalphiter's problem.

I noticed that he was restarting his server, no one else had a problem, so it's just him.
It appears he didn't check.

Was too late, had already restarted the server.
I'll check it out next time...but what about the lag spikes happening at about Noon today?

I can't find a good program to monitor where the issue occurs so I'll have to make a program myself, however, that's less priority than the server manager fix I badly need.
