For some reason, Server_EnableAllAddons did not work for me, so I decided to check the files (do not know if it is or is not working for anyone else):
(I am not much of a coder so correct me if I am wrong on any of these)

Shouldn't there be a file called "namecheck.txt?"
Next image (A look inside that circled file):

There is nothing written inside this text file.
Next file (not very important but I thought I would share this):

The description.txt is the same as eval chat.
Again, correct me if I am wrong but is anyone else having the same issue of new add-ons not loading?

Oh. I know that descriptions do not matter. Also, I did that thing where you add to the ADD_ON_LIST or whatever it is. Also, where is the namecheck if I already started my server multiple times?

no. namecheck is not neccesary, period. namecheck is not made randomly, or anything.
description.txt doesn't have to actually be relevant, it just has to exist.

before, during, or after your server was up?
hint: during and after are the wrong answers. close the server and modify the file, save it, upload it, then put the server up.

otherwise you did something wrong
