Can someone please explain this.
My server has 30+ and it starts lagging and randomly ghosting stuff. And when no ones here, And no bricks, I only get 90FPS. I would usually get 200+. :|

I'm pretty sure that ghosting thing is a known bug.
FPS has nothing to do with servers.

It's a BL problem unfortunately.
