Not sure at the moment. Something will probably come up.
Right now one of my friends is hosting a forum (active roleplaying forum) on some stuffty free site with limited customization, ads, and stuff.
I had plans to host minecraft before but I think I'm actually sick of minecraft right now.
And when I have a good, unique, gamemode made for Blockland, I'd like to host that but that's no where near completion considering I never started one yet. I have a rough idea for a rather simple one that'll fill it while I make something bigger. But that simple one isn't started yet.

Not matter If you are poor or something, I really want use american server. my files need transfer to new server. when I can start pay for that, aslo I want pay 6 month too.

Yes but money isn't the issue.
It's a matter of not losing money.
