He reminds me of this one user on another forum named "Angel the Bat" I think. I made a roleplay forum a long time ago and this user joined posting topics in wrong places, making spam posts, etc.

I was considering banning this user, and I was a bit lenient in making this decision, but the user was eventually banned.

Then he (YES, HE) comes back with an alt saying that his account should be brought back when he did nothing wrong, and after I throughly explained why he was banned to the best of my ability. Then he started asking for "RougeXShadow themes" as an apology, and I'm like "WTF!?"
