My BL is not leting ppl join my server

my blockland will not let any one join my server i have it on The Online option And they can see it from join menu but they try to join and it just pops up with thee Connecting to server box and then the packet thing but then it just sits there doing the packet thing over and over and over again and they cant join Please help you will get admin in my servers if your answer is the one that helps thanks bye.
