Admins taking over servers

So I admined one of my members because he promised not to abuse. We have a great time until his two best friends leave, and he gets quiet. Then we continue our rp, he's fine. Then we get half way through, still fine, when all of a sudden he clears the map. He then changes it to Demian's Slate Edits - Lava. He then says: "Oops wrong one" and changes again. Then he goes to Demian's Slate Edits - Ocean. And right now he's repeatedly LOADING and LOADING and LOADING! What should I do? Should I kick him, ban him, or de-admin him? Please respond.

Permanently ban him. He shouldn't have the right to be an admin! It certainly wasn't your fault he is so abusive!
I mean, it's not like you gave him admin or anything.
