It saves me time, I've accually noticed a little more time for doing things when i started using it.
Its very usefull.

You missed quite a few. CityRP is the first one I can think of. Rainbow Player and Funky Shirt also.
I only have the props for serious purposes.
Don't ask why I have the mini-nuke.
UngaBunga's server could handle 3 Admin Ion Cannons without crashing
