ESRB sucks ass. they aren't government owned or regulated. here is the scam. a few game publishers and retailers want a way to trick people into thinking that any and all video games are ok to use. so someone creates a fake regulatory company back in the mid 90s some time. they rate their own games, and from the front end, it actually looks like a government approval. because people are just dumb enough to think its official in any way. when you guys are saying that badspot should have a rating. you are basically demanding he joins this club of people trying to take advantage of the market, the ones that would just as well kill video games forever if they didn't earn money. you guys suck. wal-mart would refuse to carry an unrated game, because they are in it for the money, and is in that club. but why the hell would you want an independent developer with a digital download game to do it? |

edit: ESRB isnt about ratings for appropriate ages, they are not trying to protect anyone. or are doing you a favor. Its a scam to sell video games. and to control who CAN sell video games in what stores. its about the loophole monopoly. |

And "swear" words, as in 'harsh language' is considered, which the whole idea of "bad" words is just wrong anyway. |

If so, what (in your opinion) do you think it would be rated? --- End quote --- E. I seem to remember something about online interactions not being rated by the esrb |
