A mod where you can set preferences for Flood protection via RTB or something.
-check on/off to block repeated messages
-set how long it blocks you for (default 10 seconds)
-set how long it takes for you to talk in between message to set it off
I really think flood protection is pretty ridiculous, if you talk a lot you get blocked and have to wait for 10 seconds, that's a pretty long time to wait when you're trying to tell somebody something. Also say 2 people joined a server, one joins you say "Hi" another one joins a few seconds later you say "Hi" but you get blocked for repeating your message. Again, 10 seconds.
It wouldn't be such crap if it lasted for like 1-3 seconds, it'd still block any chat spam that can actually crash a server and people would be able to talk.
