Anyone know of a good game recording software?

Streaming video is the real time recording and compression he is talking about; you just need to have it write to disk instead of sending it over the interbutt.

I recorded this with WeGame (a program that records and compresses at the same time) before they started charging a membership fee to get HD recording

The resolution you recorded that at it pitiful and you are often getting below 20 frames per second. That's not a good video in terms of recording quality.
