Hey everyone, i'm learning how to model in blender and know the basics; but i need some help with this; How do i get this building i have extruded separate from the grass at the bottom? Like a different group? |

There's got to be a faster/easier way to do it, but until someone posts how, you could just duplicate the entire object, delete the bottom part on one, and the top part on the other. |
| ArmyUnit:
Select the building in edit mode (like in the picture), and press 'p'. Then choose 'selected' from the menu that shows up. |
