i started on a thing for an art livestream last night but i don't know if i'll finish it



it looked nice last night but now i'm starting to dislike it probably because i can't draw an eye or proportion a face to save my life

Your heads seem a little wide. Try making them a bit thinner, so it's more like an oval than a circle.
I like the hair, though.

The way you draw your eyes is a very good and popular way of doing it. Eventually you might migrate and favor a different method but thats the way I started for a while.
