looks like someone lopped off her chest

the rest of it's good

This is the first rough sketch of my daily series of drawings where I will personify extension files into human characters. I will upload one personification per day (when I can manage). This idea sorta just popped into my head after looking at a long list of file extensions and thinking about the different behaviors of them. If you have a suggestion of which file extension I should do next you can drop a PM in my inbox and I will look it over. So begins the "Extension-Tan" series.

I started with .ini because it was the first thing that popped into my head whenever I hear the word "file extension"

Ini-tan is all business all the time. Constantly storing configuration information. Most know her as the former loyal secretary of managing. Ever since Windows Registry replaced poor Ini-tan, she's been the backdrop for other programs (but still fairly useful). If Windows Registry goes south you can always rely on her to keep the info stored in her pads! She doesn't need any special tools to make her work hard. Just drop her a few nice words in her notepad and away she goes!

Holy crap, this is a great idea.
I sort of want to do this now but that'd be copying your idea. :c

Great drawing btw. I like the cog from the .ini icon (I'm assuming), really nice effect.

Yes

Happy Extension-tan :DD

I drew this awhile ago but I thought I'd post it here.

The wheels are a bit wonky looking but the turret is nicely done.

Happy Extension-tan :DD
my idea for the units were mass produced, expendable, sentient drones good for working in colossal factories (with stuffty conditions), use as companions (or servants), and providing manpower for combat
some of them don't even use actual file extensions oops

You merely spawned a highly different idea. So nothing I'm trying to mimic too much.
