I dish it out:

-The snout is very pig-like, where is the beginning and end of the maw?
-The horns do not seem to be connected to the head, it appears as if they're pieces of paper taped on.
-Frill/ears are much too small, giving an impression of some orc creature
-Hard to see/near invisible talons. Hands look more like orc
-Where is the tail
-Where are the wings? (Assuming you mean DRAGON-DRAGON and not DRAGON-DRAKE)
-Talons on toes should be long enough to protrude out of the boots, or call for larger boots.
-Eyes missing some sort of brow, overall head is too spherical.
-Eyes lacking pupils, assuming it's a part of the "style," I consider them to be more like flat circles of paint or something.

- what is happening with the arms
- it's clear the torso is facing somewhere to the left but the arms are somehow both parallel to the camera
- to the point that the left arm is jutting out further from the torso then the right arm in order to remain equidistant

Oh boy, you could totally make a neato game with this kinda soft yet still pixely style! Reminds me of uhhh that one guy who did the toss the turtle flash game thing, and I don't know why. I think it looks good but it'll look really good paired up with a matching environment.
