Thicken the arms, the shoulders should be around half the width of the head. Make sure each arm section is the same length as the other. Drawing shoulderblade couldn't hurt.

Well if I thicken them then it comes off too masculine. Aiming for a female.

That shouldn't be a problem, just make the thighs bigger to compensate and be sure to hourglass that torso
